Beef Stroganoff

1 pound round steak, 3/4-inch pieces
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
Dash seasoned salt
Dash pepper or seasoned pepper
2 1/2 cups chopped onion
3/4 cup diced green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound fresh mushrooms or 1 (4-ounce) can
1 (10-ounce) can condensed consomme or 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot pepper sauce, optional
1 cup light sour cream
Parsley
Cooked wide noodles

Combine flour and seasonings; roll meat in mixture. Put in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream, parsley, and noodles, in order given. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, add sour cream and stir. Cover and cook another 30 minutes. Serve Beef Stroganoff over noodles and garnish with parsley. This Beef Stroganoff Recipe serves 4.
