Blackened Fish

 

4 to 6 fish filets ( Use Alaskan Cod or Halibut, but most white fish or salmon will work fine)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
Melted butter

Lay fish in a shallow pan. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Brush each filet with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with seasoning mix. Bake Blackened Fish uncovered at 400 degrees until fish flakes (or pan cook in butter). Serve blackened fish hot.
