Italian Balsamic Bruschetta

8 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1⁄3 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 loaf French bread, sliced and toasted

Place tomatoes in a bowl. Add basil, Parmesan cheese and garlic; toss to mix well. Carefully mix in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices. Italian Balsamic Bruschetta serves 8.
