Pepperoni Roll Poppers


1 (7.5-ounce) can rolled biscuits (not the flaky kind)
1 (6-ounce) package sliced pepperoni
Sliced provolone cheese to taste
Italian seasoning to taste


Cut each biscuit in half and flatten. Center a few pepperoni pieces and a small amount of cheese in the middle (not too much cheese or you’ll have a mess). Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and roll up. Pinch edges to keep it from unrolling, but don’t worry about closing completely. Place Pepperoni Roll Poppers on cookie sheet and bake at 375° until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
