Smokey Mariner’s Chili

1 pound lean ground beef
1 package maple breakfast sausage links (10 links), chopped
1 cup beef broth
1/3 cup hickory-style barbecue sauce
Dash liquid smoke, optional
1 (14-ounce) can kidney beans
1 (10.75-ounce) can red chili beans in sauce
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup diced celery
Dash chili powder

Brown ground beef in a small skillet; drain grease. Place remaining ingredients in a large stockpot. Add ground beef. Simmer Smokey Mariner’s Chili until all ingredients are heated through.
